Will the products I receive be new or used equipment?

All products provided by ReSource are new, in-the-box merchandise and carry a full U.S. manufacturer's warranty, just as if you had purchased them at your local retailer. Should you have any problems with your product, ReSource will be happy to assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty service.

Does ReSource replace with "off-brands" or discontinued closeout products?

No. ReSource offers only current, name brand merchandise.

Why are some of the replacement items quoted not the same brand as the original?

Here are a few of the reasons:

  1. The manufacturer is no longer in business.
  2. The manufacturer no longer produces a "like kind and quality" product.
  3. The current "like kind and quality" replacement is on a lengthy back-order.

There are many factors affecting our replacement product decisions. This is the main reason we emphasize personal communication with each customer. By working one-on-one with each customer, we are able to determine what product features were most important to them, and we are able to supply the replacement items that best fit their individual needs.

Would ReSource be able to replace sterling or silver-plated flatware handed down from my grandmother?

Yes! That is our specialty here at ReSource. Through the years, we have developed a network of dealers across the United States to give us instant access to virtually any pattern. We have replaced patterns that date back to the 1900s!

Can I upgrade the replacement item?

In most cases, yes. ReSource will first determine the current "like kind and quality" replacement for the lost product. We will then obtain approval from the adjuster to purchase the item upgrade. After receiving the adjuster's approval, we will advise you of any cost differences involved in upgrading to the product of your choice.

How will the replacement items ship?

We use local carriers such as UPS and FedEx for most shipments that comply with the size and weight guidelines. Oversized items must usually be freighted.

When should I expect the product to arrive?

Our customer service team will notify you once each product has shipped. We will also provide you with an estimated date of arrival and a tracking number, so you can trace your package online or simply by giving us a call.

Will my firearms come directly to me or just the accessories?

ReSource is a Federal Firearm License Dealer. With new regulations restricting the shipment of firearms directly to a consumer, we are required by law to ship only to another Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer in your area. You will be notified once the items have arrived, and you may retrieve your firearm/s upon completion of the registration process.
